Women's kickboxing + 30MIN HIIT

8 am-8:30 am Monday - Friday

  • Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be doing heavy bag combinations coupled with variety of body weight workouts.
  • On Tuesday and Thursday we will be working out with small weights 1 lbs - 5 lbs, working on different kickboxing combinations coupled with different multi compound exercises.


3:30 pm-4:30 pm Monday - Friday

  • Each day we will be warming up with line drills, working on technique and foot work combined with compound exercises.
